This piece was inspired by Self-Control & Temptation and the ways it can Manifest. I found out being in Therapy, it doesn’t matter how much you consume yourself in self-improvement if you are indulging yourself in things that make you feel good for a temporary time, there will always be some kind of dissatisfaction.
Dopamine the chemical neurotransmitter; a natural drug the body makes and it plays a big part of our human ability to think and plan. It helps us strive, focus, and find things interesting. Too much or too little of it can lead to a vast range of Health issues.
Being Aware of the outputs & inputs of your body and your surroundings + therapy; I found it’s a good way to stay in Peace. Since Dopamine can be the reason as to why you’re in a Sad or Happy state of mind; make sure to know how you’re feeding it!
